with that being a 33% bonus i'm guessing there may be a resist involved on your first nuke (listed 1.2k) 1200 -> 1.6k+? how much was the plus, and what gear was it so we mathmaticians on the forums can figure it out

Base DMG with Thunder IV without weather proc: 1200-1250ish
DMG with Thunder IV with single Thunder weather proc: 1420-1460ish
DMG with Thunder IV with natural weather + Thunderstorm: 1626ish.

I should of screenshotted the numbers so I could give more accurate info.

You listed yourself as having peni rope on and not Rairin obi, weather not proccing on first nuke and proccing on 2nd can account for a part of that difference.

**Edit as far as weather goes, single thunder weather is easily found in beho's dominion / quifim, so the efects of natural weather vs natural+storm can easily be tested. Double ice is also pretty common in beaucdine, so easy enough to check that too. In fact im not doing anything now, so ill run out, throw out 3-4 nukes and post results

Just finished in the glacier. Double weather + obi doing 25% more than no obi no weather proc as expected. Double weather + Storm + obi doing the same as double+obi.

Conclusions
Storm stacks with natural weather, but cannot exceed double. So Single weather + storm will give the effect of double weather. But double weather + storm does not give "triple" weather

other than in dyn its pretty rare lol. To be honest, even having natural ice / thunder weather is pretty rare for me (probably why i hadnt realised they stacked before now lol)

I did a lil testing myself last night.. nyzule isle staging area double water weather, watersday. I figured, why bother with water weather on top of all that and used thunderstorm?

fights were like this:
--buffs up in light arts, sublimation, switched to dark arts and used hydrohelix followed by parsimony thunder III, water III, water II, water I, parsimony thunder III etc: somewhere around 40-50% I'd add another helix and finish off the fight with smaller (more mp efficient nukes)[lower tier nukes have always been easier to reach dmg cap on]; and one final parsimony tier III for the kill.

*used parsimony on thunder III due to highest mp cost of the spells used each round; therefore making use of 3 highly efficient dmg/mp nukes used per fight.

noticed procs of boosted dmg on all spells (water and thunder)

**further testing will include:
1--Can water spells recieve single weather boost even in instances of double weather?

2--Does double weather (with obis once i get there (currently 69)) [storm + natural] give a bigger bonus than having natural of one weather, and storm of a different weather;ex: water weather and hailstorm effect.

*obvious answer is yes, 25% bonus is better than 2 10% bonuses, but in practice with spell recasts to account for... which is better in actual in-game usage.

3--Do natural weather effects or storm effects proc more often, or are they the same activation/proc. rate?

Just a few ideas I've come up with to look into and if anyone feels like adding any ideas to these tests or testing them theirself, please add to this post so I can modify my testing.

I actually just figured the answer to my question...I think.
Weather buffs and day buffs can stack but they are also different. Since storm spells can either cancel out a natural effect or stack with it to create double. Now I am still not sure how conflicting day and weather effects magic yet but I would assume that weather my not over effects of the current day, but I could be wrong.
