Errant Vs. Scholar's Gown DisccusionFollow

Ok I am a bit confused, usually endgame a typical mage would use Errant gear while nuking, but wouldn't Scholar be gimped a few magic skills if they used Errant?

I know that using Errant gear is great for Helix spells (but then again I could be wrong there too), but as of our regular nukes , sleeping and enfeebs, which is recommended to use? Errant or Scholar Body?

Thanks :)

i think ill rip a page out of the rdm book to answer this one...
INT beats skill if resists are NOT a problem
skill beats INT when resists are a problem

for enfeebles use AF (and other +skill) unless you see no resist at all (second fights etc. etc. etc. then fill slots with either INT or MND)

for nukes use INT/MAB unless you get a lot of half and full resists then pull on +skill/MACC

bottom line for mages you will want atleast 3 sets of gear imo

No. If thats all you have in the macro, just add the errant line right after the AF line-no /wait. That way you can just cycle back and forth between the two bodies as the need arises.

Quite possibly the DUMBEST thing i've ever read.
