Lets see if we can confirm what level Sch gets the WHm and Blm spells under the Light and Dark Arts Sections.

my scholar is lv 11, and i can use poisona while the new White arts ability is in effect. Once you use the charge, it seems you can resume useing spells like poisona until you change arts.

Other people Please repost at what lv you gain access to "New" whm and Blm spells so we can have a good track on it. See what lv Sch really gets them, and see how much sch is Really stepping on toes ^^
