Requiescat WS GearFollow

Requiescat feels like an odd WS to me. I'm unsure on what to prioritize outside of MND. So before I ask for gear, I have a few things I wanna make sure.

1) Requiescat is a physical WS that deals non-elemental magic damage. Due to it being a physical WS, it goes by fSTR and Weapon Rank.
2) Due to the -20% Attack penalty as well as fSTR, gearing for STR is still vital for this WS.
3) fTP is transferred to all hits, which makes the elemental gorget/belt extremely vital to maximize the damage of this WS.

What I would like to do is to buy the best AH gear possible, then work my way to Rare/Ex gear. So if it isn't too much trouble, I'd like to see what I can get via AH, then what I should replace with rare/ex gear. The biggest issue I have is should I be maximizing in MND, or have a fair balance between MND and STR.

On the things you're likely to be meleeing, ACC probably won't be an issue, but in general, trying to land all hits consistently should be the priority before tweaking further for damage. In the odd event you're fighting some Tough-ish mobs of the more evasive variety, keep a pizza or two around for the mix of ACC and ATK. If ACC isn't a concern, pick up some ATK food within your budget. Downside of the WS penalty is it'll likely offset whatever ATK bonus the food offers, which is especially poopy on harder prey where our default ATK values are lower than other jobs to begin with.

I'd personally be a bit shaky on some of Vlor's suggestions, as some slots do yield more MND without STR. For example, something like the Praeco Doublet would give 15 MND, 7 over Morrigan's 8. I'd also argue Morrigan's a pain in the butt to get with the Rubeus Spats also being a hassle, though those are far likely to be best in slot with their cumulative boosts. Emp+2 boosts would have 13 MND. Hyaline Hat would also be +15 MND.

Basically, the MND emphasis is such because being 5/5 in the WS will do more for it than a few points of STR would. There are probably spreadsheets out there you can plug gear values into and get some expected results, but RDM tends to not be first priority for such niceties so they may also be outdated.
