Brego vs. Dusk Gloves +1Follow

[Sorry to create a thread just for this silly question - I didn't see a "which is better" or "random question thread"]

Obviously we have better options than these two, but as a returning player looking for a starter TP build, these are my options. Why do so many people recommend Brego over Dusk +1? 6 ATK > 2.5 ATK, right? STR is not a mod on any of my WS options, and accuracy is not remotely an issue for me on anything I am currently doing - mostly finishing off lolAbyssea. The only thing I can think of is that people don't want to deal with gear swaps to handle the movement speed, but that's really not a problem. Obviously, if I were doing Legion or something I might have accuracy problems, but by the time I'm ready for that neither of these are going to cut it.

I know I am missing something - can someone enlighten me?

Thanks Byrth. One more while I am at it - what ring should I be using with Rajas for TP while I work on getting Eponas? Pyrosoul/Vulcan? Thundersoul? Keen?
