Weapon Skill Gearing...Follow

Hitting a wall as I sit and try to finally settle down, stop taking shortcuts and get my jobs as good as possible.
Right now I macro in 5 pieces per WS(5 lines, 6th is WS) and choosing between pieces is getting rough because I have absolutely no idea what's better anymore. Then I think, what about a WS Gear macro, then each WS having the rest?
Well now I need to add another macro(and my bars are full 20/20 for easy access ones) for that, then ANOTHER for "regular gear" making 2 just to gear back to normal.

Right now I'm looking at the following:

Kila +2 / Oynos Knife / Charis Feather
Charis +1 / Charis / Brutal / Bushi
Rapparee Harness(I know ; ; horrible luck) / Aurore(Not using Dusk. 25% will do for not having to swap out) / Heed / Rajas
Atheling / Twilight / Charis +1 / Charis +1

WS (bold in parenthesis are the items I want to macro in, but not sure what to replace)
Kila +2 / Oynos Knife / Charis Feather
Charis +1 (Deceit Mask) / Agasaya[PK/Exent] - Rancor[Evisc] / Brutal / Bushi
Aurore Doublet[PK/Exent] - Alcide's[Evisc] / Heed(Airy Ring for PK/Evisc) / Rajas
Atheling / Breeze Belt - Shadow Belt / Tumbler Trunks / Charis +1

My main concerns are Deceit Mask vs Tumbler Trunks. Tumbler are an obvious for PK/Evisc, but for Exenterator do I want the 6agi 5acc or 18atk? 18atk is a ton and from my recollection(based on 2005 is last time I number crunched...) atk was good for multi hits...

Also: Any advice on upgrades would be great just know:
Body: Turul ain't gonna happen. I know, I REALLY want the body... but no one EVER wants to help... unless they get body :p And the puppy hates me. 2/6 kills, all with procs. Just can't afford the 180k/pop per person since EVERYONE wants Dnc.
Hands: Dusk Gloves are a definite no. Ocelot are out of my reach. If lucky in Dyna, I may buy the new gloves though...
Ear2: Not sure how MUCH the +15atk earring would earn me so I've just stuck with the parry skill for the hell of it, I know Suppa... but dropping Bushi for the CHANCE of getting DM makes me sadcat. But if a cheapish AH earring beats significantly it I'll snag it.
Ring1: No idea what to do for that, and if I add Ring, that definitely means another macro for gearing WS and for gearing back.

Basically, if I can't 2-3 man it, not likely to happen. My play times are usually JP primetime anymore and I gave up my Empy shell when I left for the Army :p

As always, any and all advice is very much appreciated. This job has fallen from my primary to my Dyna job, trying to work it back up.

Just wanted to let you know that for the body seals (assuming that's what you mean by puppy), you can buy the entire set off the ah, then do what I did: shout in port jeuno and include in the shout that everyone has to have a pop set, but that's it's all on the AH.

Filled the party in a few minutes, and the run went fast.

Otherwise, it really doesn't take that long to farm the pop set. Regardless, the harness seems better than the af3+1 body, as much as I hate to admit it I had to think about this when I put the haste dagger on. Until I get the +2 (if I ever do, my time is also restricted) the +1 body is just for weapon skills.

Save macros space. Use spellcast.
