I am trying to figure out what the best atmas are and the easiest for me to get as a dancer level 95.

I looked up all the different atmas, but i dont know a TON about abyssea.

Any suggestions to how i could go about to getting decent atmas would be appreceated!

Well, for one you're going to need a nin or war with you or a small boatload of luck. Dnc/nin can only do dagger red !! procs, so you have 2/13 chance to be able to get the atma. For some NMs you could probably go /war and get sword, club, polearm (requires that event polearm, the only polearm all jobs can equip) and one staff red !! proc.

Check out the atma fabricant first though, you might have some decent synthetic ones from outside Abyssea NMs, missions and/or quests. For example atmas from killing Proto-Omega or clearing all 4 salvage areas are pretty good.

Stout arm (Briareus) and gnarled horn (Sobek) are two good atmas that you could probably get just by going to the pop site and asking nicely. Usually those groups are capable of proccing red !! since they need to be to farm pops effectively (unless farming KIs from chests). Also Briareus is La Theine zone boss, so if you haven't killed any zone bosses before, he will give you your first lunar (required to infuse atma).

Razed ruins is of course awesome but you'll probably need more people for that NM, it has nasty habit of regening in head mode (it changes between being iron giant and just a head of iron giant) if you can't put in enough damage. Voracious Violet is also good, but getting Eccentric Eve pop set is a lot of work and it's not safe to solo (one missed violent flourish and you're dead or charmed).

My Thoughts (not the only way to do this)

Razed Ruins and Gnarled Horn 100% of the time
Apocolypse is what I usually use, but you need to get Shinryu to drop it, so until then Voracious Violet, Sanguine Scythe, and Siren Shadow are all nice also. Apoc just makes the game more fun. You live more with quick magic on utsusemi and you have reraise 3. You build tp even faster via triple attack, and dancer is the outright master of tp usage. But mostly fun. Fun > all.

Gales 100%
Smiting Blow 100% unless you have two weapons that give tp+100 bonus each, in which case you don't need Smiting Blow.
After that Ultimate > Baying Moon > Beyond. Baying Moon is easy to get.

Probably would do Razed Ruins, Gales, Smiting Blow. I've never done this on dancer, I'm just guessing.

Occaionally you will need a defensive atma. I'd still go Razed Ruins and Gnarled Horn. For the third there are some great options. Future Fabulous (WotG win) is a fantastic magic defense atma, if you have finished WotG then you are set on resist atma. If you don't have Future Fabulous, make a point to picking up elemental resist atma when you can. I wouldn't go out of the way unless you really need it (example: I made a point of getting the fire resist atma so I could solo a particular NM).

You want to get Razed Ruins and Gnarled Horn as fast as possible. If you organize a run you could easily get one each night. You might even be able to walk to the pop spot and get Gnarled Horn. The third one is less important. Find something with triple attack, doule attack, or attack if you can.

What kind of numbers do you guys pull with those? I'm having a hard time finding time to bother with Fusetto(it's tedious lol) so doing 2 sounds homicide worthy. Gear aside, I have those atmas... would love to know if Fusetto is worth it or if I should focus on Charged Whisker atma/gear for my Blu...
In my line of work the title "Doc" isn't earned with some fancy degree.
I'm a Combat Medic, I will always come for you.

I can't speak on it in terms of atmas specifically for AOE's but when I went to Abyssea Tahrongi Canyon the other day...i was doing ~600-700 with AE on sandworms when i was farming amber. Twashtar/Fusetto (TP+)
My atmas where directed at Twashtar RR,SS,AoA. So every time I did AE at 100% it was really 200%

Note: at the MAB or Wind elemental damage+ gear on.

When I popped Ascetic Tonic it boosted it to 900-1000.

Now that is Vision's mob but still something to look at.

I don't quite have a set for MAB on dnc since I rarely farm amber enough to care but Chimera Hairpin( INT+3 MND+3 +20 Wind Elemental "Magic Atk. Bonus"+6)
is something you'll want to take a look at for Aeolian Edge.
