need help with my AF questFollow

i am trying to do all my AF quests and i need to go to Grauberg (S).but i am having trouble getting there could somebody give me directions i am from San O Dria and i am pretty new at traveling through the past god i hate it lol so far i have 2 maws san o dria and Battilla downs.
- From Batallia Downs (S), run to Rolanberry Fields (S). Zone line is at L-10.
- In Rolanberry Fields (S), the Maw is at H-6.
- Travel south to the Pashhow Marshlands (S) zone line at H-14.
- Stop for the Maw in Pashhow Marshlands (S) @ K-8.
- The zone to Grauberg (S) is located at G-11/H-11 of Pashhow Marshlands (S).
- In Rolanberry Fields (S), the Maw is at H-6.
- Travel south to the Pashhow Marshlands (S) zone line at H-14.
- Stop for the Maw in Pashhow Marshlands (S) @ K-8.
