How much does Razed Ruins add to Weaponskills?Follow

In a hour or so we'll be doing this nm again.
Hopefully we'll have all the elemental ws we need to get.

I was wandering how much would Razer Ruin add to a weapon skill.
Particular on a 90 DNC doing Dancing Edge.

Now I know I couldn't get an exact number since I don't have my gear posted on site. Just was wandering the boost amount.

That would depend on the WS. DE is not a crit WS, so you're basically looking at the addition of 50 DEX, along with a fair chunk of accuracy, should you need it. Helps, but it's not going to vastly transform it like it does for crit WSes.

Evisceration, on the other hand, gains quite a bit, and will become your WS of choice in Abyssea. 1500-2500 range is probably what you can expect.

The higher crit rate/damage adds a lot to regular swings as well.

It's basically something where there's a clear difference between melees that have it, and melees that don't.

Once you get the Razed Ruin Atma, you'll want to start using Evisceration over Dancing Edge, due to Evisceration being a critical hit WS and the fact that Razed Ruin basically supercharges all crit hit weaponskills. The only time you wouldn't want to use Evisceration over Dancing Edge after getting Razed Ruin is if you pop an NM during the Piercing timeframe for proc-ing Blue exclamation marks(06:00-14:00) and the WS of choice happens to be Evisceration.

With Wild Flourish I'm guessing that would make it even greater SC then normal.

RR/VV/Alpha and Omega

I hit well over 3k with ninja sub RR is pure **** any ws that's Chance of critical hit varies with TP will do insane damage with RR up. I can't wait to try it on weak to piercing mobs lol.

I hit 4.7k on xp mob on my war with that setup.
