Second Augment Choice of: Latent Effect Regain/Latent Effect Refresh/Occ. grants dmg bonus based on TP +5%/TP Bonus+25/Occ. Maximizes Mag Acc+3%/Occ. Quickens Spellcasting+3%/Counter+3/Occ. inc. resistance to all status ailments +5

Just confirmed on bg that stats are +4 each, sooo....
Probably won't replace brutal, suppa, or aesir for me...so might just make a 4 ratt and either regain (again depending on how its activated) or TP bonus +25 so I can use it on rng.
For dnc if anything it would be Magic acc 4 and regain, don't see anything else too tempting

We have two basic options:
1) Try to make a second earring better than Attack+7 for when we're delay capped. - Attack+4/(Regain or Occ. Damage bonus from TP?)
2) Make a situational piece, like a WS earring better than Attack+7/Conserve TP, a Violent Flourish earring, etc. - Attack+4, 25% TP Bonus is probably better than Attack+7... but Conserve TP... and the TP mod on our best WSs at the moment are crit rate and Accuracy.
What are the base stats on this earring? Any? Honestly, it looks like kind of a lame reward as far as dancer is concerned.
Edit: Oh yeah, and Dancer doesn't get Subtle Blow IV by level 90, as far as I can tell. Also, Striking Flourish really does just force a double attack in exchange for 2 Finishing moves.

Its rumored to be TP > MP and MP > TP, thats all I know but not 100% on that.
If thats the truth than that really blows - it would be nothing but a travel peice for anybody with MP merits (me...) or drks/plds/blu's - for such a long wait and long string of quests, there really shouldnt need to be a latent effect at all... just flat refresh/regain would have made it worthwhile.
I'm always a "look at the glass half full" kind of guy, but after 3 years this reward is really underwhelming. Maybe they were scared to make the rewards something on the lines of "You use it forever" Like the CoP rings... Hell maybe if the AF3 body is 10% Dual weild (Since the neck is 5% I have the vain hope it'll be 10%), we can take off the suppa and replace it with the TP bonus +25 or whatever but I'm really not sure...
Either way, unless the "Occ. Increases damage based on TP +5%" is *awesome* (which, if it works how it sounds, would be pretty sweet adding another 100 or so damage to your attacks, but as always I'm not holding my breath) I'll be making a Moldy/Loq combo earring for my Blm...

Assuming the latent effect is lame, I might go for the TP Bonus +25 to use as a ws earring. Suppa and Brutal being still king to tp in. I'm interested to see how occ. grants dmg bonus based on TP +5% will go though.

hey... this is GREAT..... for soloing Cuelebre as PUP. :-p Indeed WoTG is kinda depressing all around, except the jobs they introduced with it.
Just confirmed its 1 tp a tick while you have a weapon drawn, and refresh is 1 mp a tick when you don't have it drawn.
So, aside from solo melee rdm's and blu's looks like a pretty sicknasty earring for mages. The regain effect isn't complicated but obviously you would be forced to melee in it, or at the very least, be forced to have your back to the mob while engaged (such as when you want to step but not feed the mob tp).
I dunno... I guess if you stacked it with atma of VV and the AF3 body has enough DW to phase out Suppa you could go attack +4, regain +1...
Though I have a weird hunch there might be more to this earring than meets the eye... maybe a hidden effect when entering a maw or something haha.
