Personally think the new emotes thing was just nice eye candy, but a little to late.
I'm all for the pompoms and the other nice emotes, but would have liked something for the low end players/jobs that aren't leeching aby partys.
Also dnc af3, could have been alot sexier. :p

Only thing i semi fear about the new emotes, is the same thing i've seen a million times with taru /panic.
People (mages usually), tossing them in with their cures, ja's, etc....
Not that its a horridly bad thing, but say a ninja who everytime he casts shadows *Poof!* giant ninja frog emote <,<.

Getting the emote is entirely justified by the hilarious pop sound the pompoms make when you bring them out. :D
