Etoile Casaque "Enhances Voilent Flourish" infoFollow
I am in Dynamis Xarc right now, just obtained Etoile Casaque. So far I am noticing that every Violent Flourish I am doing, stun procs 100% of the time. I have yet to see a single one miss. I will update with more information as we progress.

Thanks! I've been curious about that. Can you test it on the boss campaign mobs later? Because the stun never seems to stick on them and I don't know if it's the same with dynamis bosses without the relic body and I'm wondering if that body piece would make it possible to. Then further testing on IT mobs. ^^; Congratulations on the drop.

That missed might have been caused by the mobs being stunned from another source

Unfortunatly I was not able to stun Campaign NM's. I fought Moo Ouzi the Spamblade (SAM) and was able to solo him for a bit (Fan Dance helped mitigate some damage while shadows were down) and I went 0/5 on Violent Flourish before taking a dirt nap. Still I am very happy with how it performs on non NM's.

Yeah, I believe most if not all campaign NMs are unstunnable.

During the one time I went as DNC to a god run, I can quite confidently say that Violent Flourish will not work against gods with any sort of reliability.
I believe I managed to stun Byakko once with a Level 5 Stutter Daze on him. Yay for flukes!
In my experience, it's not even reliable enough for "normal" mobs in Limbus. Grr.

To those that have been allowed to test in HNM and gods, that are having low proc.rate w/o 5 stutter steps landed. I was curious if you used THF sj for sneak attack, and what your acc of main weapon was. I've never been in HNM shell and have never been allowed to come anything but BRD to gods, but I began to think about THF SJ for gaurenteed flourish and step accuracy.
Hardest things I've been allowed to use dnc for so far are on one ultima and one omega. Without a parser I can't be completely certain but it was enough for me to wish for a brd/cor for omega at least. Ultima isn't as hard to hit for whatever reason.
Steps and VFs landed well enough. On omega, since it dies quick, I didn't get a chance to use much of anything on it but I did reach 5 stutter steps and VF landed every time I used it save for one where it was already stunned. Just I only got to use it like 4-5 times so there's not too much info there (got lucky I didn't whiff my VFs).
Ultima though lasted a bit longer which let me see how well VF worked. Could still stun through either of its shields (physical/magical immunity) so that's pretty nifty. It didn't land every single time I used it though. Didn't quite seem like it was building a resistance as I was still able to stun it toward the end but I did use VF quite a lot. Felt like 3/4 rate or so but without someone parsing I don't know how far off that is (I play on ps2 so no parser).
Anyway doubt I'll go dnc to ultima again. The waltz timer is what really hurts dnc there since all ultima's aoe that ignore shadows do a ton of dmg, and dnc just can't cover more then one person (usually just themselves since they get hit too). I even tried fan dance after a while to see if it could reduce dmg from armor buster but it didn't at all...
Omega is easier to use dnc on since the stuns are very potent... felt far more potent then stuns on drk. Plus you can stall gunpods for a short bit with it.
This is all while using my relic body on dnc. I haven't done any of these things without the body so I don't know what the enhancement to VF really is. could be potency as VF-stuns just seem to last a bit longer then regular stun but no real clue.
