Hello fellow dancers,
I've had many great accomplishments through my journeys as a dancer. One such accomplishment was soloing the entire brown belt quest. But the other day, I got an /tell from a japanese player asking if I wanted to join a party already in progress in East Ronfaure [S]. Seeing as how I only needed 1.5k exp to gain level 67, I gladly accepted the invite with a (Yes, please) and made my way to their camp. The party setup seems a little weird at first because I've never been in one quite like it. I can't recall the exact party setup off the top of my head, but there was a SAM tank, BRD for buffs, SCH for backup healing, and me, the DNC doing main healing, the other two party members, I can't remember what their jobs were. I remember one of them did the pulling and the other was a DD. So the battle plan was I was to be the healer of the party and the SCH would backup heal and enfeeble. Well I would say that after about 15 minutes of being in this party, I dinged 67. This happened to be one of those rare parties where everything made sense and the puller pulled mob after mob after mob, with no downtime what so ever. It was simply amazing that I got invited to this party. I stayed in the party til the very end that lasted around three hours, maybe a little more. I really wasn't paying attention to the time seeing the exp flow the way it did. Toward the end, the leader of the party said he was getting hungry, so we were about to disband and go our seperate ways, but I sent a message to the party saying 2k tnl. I got an (Understood) and the battles continued until I dinged 68. I immediately thanked everyone in the party and let them know that if they ever needed a dancer in the future, to look me up. I wouldn't have thought anything of it about this party, but like I said, for me, this kind of party is a rare occasion and gaining 31,000 exp in a little over 3 hours was something I've never seen before. So, currently I sit at 7 more levels until I can claim the title of DNC75/NIN37.
