For players, all three are related to both their respective skills, and AGI (and shield size, but that's not important here) for their proc rate. I would assume puppets have a stat equation similar to the one normally used for defense ([VIT/2] + 8 + Level + 10) that does their base evasion, but also probably gives them a little boost to account for how abysmally low it would be using a straight transfer of the defense equation. Something like [AGI/2] + 8 + 3*(level +10) which would put Sharpshot's evasion at 99 around 380ish, a little lower than our own evasion skill, before traits and AGI is calculated. Parrying proc rate probably just uses the normal parrying formula, replacing parrying skill with automaton melee skill, in the same way automaton magic skill functions as all magic skills. Shield blocks, I would assume that the barrier module probably has a fixed base % block rate and anything beyond that is from AGI.
