I dunno, I'm not a big fan of Heat Capacitor. It messes up your maneuvers by consuming fire, causing sub-optimal performance since you're then without maneuvers (plus having to deal with more JA delay by having to struggle to get 3 back up). And it doesn't give enough TP for me to be that impressed. The more TP it gives, the more you have to gimp your puppet by giving up multiple maneuvers. I'm more comfortable using attachments that will always benefit me and that don't remove maneuvers.

Barrage Turbine is awesome. Keep winds rocking with this, scope, and turbo charger. Just be careful in case you lose your winds right at 100tp and end up with a crappy WS. I guess you have to drop some thunder attachment to use this? Or an accelerator if you used to use one of those.
Barrage Turbine is easily the best of the bunch of the previous set of 4 attachments to me. Barrage does great damage and gets lots of TP, actually worth the cost of losing some wind maneuvers for the benefit here. Like Selka says though, sucks when you're using wind anyway (which on SS you probably will be) and the timer comes up right around 100tp, uses Barrage Turbine, then leaves you with a subpar maneuver to determine WS and it fires off Arcuballista.

Power Cooler is awesome for any time your puppet will be healing (and you don't have crazy refresh atmas).
Yep, not much not to like for Soulsoother. MP cost reduction and it fits fine without leaving off any important attachments. Is it truly necessary with the ability to deactivate/activate to refill mp? Probably not. But it can delay the need to deactivate, or save some MP for those times you're not at 100% puppet HP, Repair isn't up, and you'd have to rely on DEA instead of Activate...

Galvanizer is great when for any time your valoredge may pull hate or have to tank for a while.
[li]Barrier Module is awesome any time valoredge is out, and especially when tanking. This plus Galvanizer makes for fun times.
True that they are good VE tanking attachments, but even so I think VE is kind of a lousy tank now anyway. It can't hold hate well and still takes too much damage. But with hints at S-E focusing more on trying to add things to allow improved puppet tanking, these attachments may become a lot more useful in the near future.

Percolator is obvious.
Disruptor I don't have but seems most useful for soloing certain mobs/NMs. Use only when needed.
Vivi-Valve I don't have either. Seems like you'd want this when (a) healing in Abyssea when ppl have tons of hp and take huge hits and (b) when you want a healer that won't cast -nas on you (stormwaker head). Not sure how feasible either of these actually are since I can't play with them >_>.
Agreed. Though Disruptor can be handy in a party too, especially when you have no/few other dispellers. Timer is a little long to be the only player who can dispel, but it's nice to be able to contribute in that way.
Vivi-Valve is indeed very good in Abyssea when healing, and I've used it in other situations. ENM60 (working on getting more attachments!) comes to mind, the puppet cures won't always top me off. With Vivi-valve that's another little boost to the cures.
