Relevency of Vivi-Valve/StormwakerFollow

In areas outside of Abyssea, where you'd like to bring down something more quickly than Soulsoother would allow, but don't want to be cure-less with Spiritreaver, could the Stormwaker become relevant again with the vivi-valve?

It could potentially pump out 500+ cure IVs, and still drop t3 nukes/enfeeble. I know FF hates the generalist, but do you think it has any merit?

Potential problems?

i also think it might give spirit a place on healing again, but its situational, on another note; vivi valve seems to alter the cure usage some how, as in my ob killings, my automaton was curing me as soon as i got to 750 hp and with out vivi valve it waited till i was in the 500 to cure VI me, i was actually removing vivi valve because i saw in the wiki that it doesnt have a passive bonus and it is wrong.

all of this is outside of abyssea (killing ob)
With vivi valve on: 897 cure VI
Without vivi valve on: 855 VI

no light maneuvers both times, so indeed it has a passive bonus to cure potency with no maneuvers on. just so you guys know.

also pup emote ftw Smiley: jester

Just to make sure, but since vivi valve takes 2 light slots, I'm assuming you also equipped damage gauge for both... but did you equip the optic fiber for both? Because if you took off optic fiber, damage gauge triggers cure at a higher HP threshold. AKA with 1 light maneuver and just damage gauge, its 50%, but with optic fiber its more like 70-75%

i had damage gauge and Optic Fiver both times, i didnt removed it, just took out vivi vavle but left everything as it was when i was testing the cure potency, and it still changed the cure frequency, heres what i have with my soulsoother:

Heat Capacitor (for when i want to tactical switch and it has no TP)
Scanner
Tranquilizer
Mana Booster
Power Cooler
Disruptor
Mana Conserver
Optic Fiver
Flash Bulb
Damage Gauge
Vivi-valve
Turbo Charger

as a side note, i can still be wrong tho, i need to test it on different enemies as well, but at least with ob, with vivi-valve on, Pino was curing me sooner, like 200-300 hp sooner with out any maneuver up at all, there IS a variance i just dont know the exact numbers (really bad with math D:)
