first off what the **** did i get defaulted for
second, i specifically pointed out that in -my- situation where my ACP is completely geared towards my automaton, shikkoku is a better piece. i made no generalizations i did not say lolacp
1: lolkarma
2: I have no idea. In your situation the togi is much better(although you forgot the 5 dex in your stat comparison).

Imo, I've not seen enough info on the % increase to critical hit damage to make an informed decision on what is better for WS, but I can tell you that Shikkoku togi will give you higher spikes, while your augmented Mirke will give you more consistant numbers (Not that the togi won't give you consistant numbers either).
At any rate, I'd probably lean more towards the togi for WS if the crit is a tangable bonus.
What makes the togi better than mirke isn't the critical damage bonus, but rather the evoliths you can put into it. I saw a togi the other day with STR+4 Acc+8 Atck+8 Crit damage+ Vs. Birds: Acc+8 Vs. Birds: Atck+8 which wipes the floor with practically every body piece we can use, but only for birds. Now without those evoliths or that mob type, the difference becomes much smaller. Togi: 8 atck crit damage bonus, Mirke: 1 str 5 dex 2 acc. In this case the difference is more based on your hit rate until, as you said, we figure out a tangible bonus from the crit damage.
