Merc. Kris vs. Joyeuse?

I have both, would I gain TP faster if I am /nin and I dualwield them?
- I mean mainhand Joyeuse and off hand Merc. Kris for instance?

They're both pretty good. M.Kris could come out ahead since COR's dagger skill is B+ while it's Sword is B-. My sword is higher due to 8 sword merits and a Suppa though, but even in that situation M.Kriss is faster and can attack up to 3 times. Many people reprot the 3 hits going off 30% of the time so it's a pretty nice dagger if you can afford it. However that's not to say Joyeuse isn't any good either. I use Joyeuse mostly since I use it on my PLD and I don't like the price tag on that dagger.
As for DWing. There has been some debate on this but I'd overall say no.

M.Kris alone gains faster than Joyeuse, and can gain TP faster than the two of them used together. I wasn't sure either, and I had an M.Kris. before Joytoy, so when I obtained my Joyeuse, I tested this out. Dualwielding the two of them (as you suggest), gains TP lightning fast.
Tbh I sold my M.Kris. though as I'm pretty much merited out for the time being, and I'd like the gil for Skadi Body ingredients whenever the 35 drops.

It's pretty close if your acc and haste are capped.
M Kris will get TP faster but will lack in DoT.
If you duel wield you will slow down TP gain of M Kris but gain in DoT so it again comes pretty close to evening out. However to DW you need to sub NIN which will nerf your damage output compared to RNG and WAR subs.
If ACC is not capped then M Kris wins out due to higher dagger skill.
Being a RDM as well as a COR meant I went for Joyeuse and am more than happy wth TP gain but still struggle with ACC a bit (need to get a suppa and some ACC pants)
