QD timer?Follow

While partying on my cor in East Ronfaure [S] I noticed my QD timer would jump around a bit. At times it would be at the normal recast timer of 1min, another time recast would be 35seconds, at one point in the night I was able to use QD 2 times consecutively. Anyone else experiencing this or was it just my imagination for partying in wee hours of the morning.

Quickdraw has 2 charges, with a charge regenerating every minute. So if you haven't used quickdraw for 2 minutes, you can do it twice back to back.
