wow that's just lame lol. If I was helping others do it and saw someone who needed and they had a job that would fit in with the pt, I'd step out for them. Idk what "no BF" means. Maybe hanging out in Throne Room isn't the best idea. It's not an area you can search from WG right? I find that most people are doing the qcaves fight on as a group. That or they solo their mini-games then try shout in WG. I actually had both of these happen the night I beat it. I'd already won the qcaves fight but saw a 5/6 shout for it and just joined to help them out on the off chance they all stayed long enough to do the final fight. Plus fight only takes 6 minutes (ahem! 20 if you have a PUP, a puppet and a BLU spamming hysteric barrage >< Basically shoveling TP down Nanaa's throat lol bad idea).

Anyway, they didnt do the last fight so i did all my soloable stuff, went back to WG and saw a 4/6 final fight shout so jumped on it. Pt had 3 pp in throne room and one in WG recruiting the rest. Just thinking you might actually find more opportunities in WG than throne room.

75 cor! And unlocked loaded deck, snake eye and almost fold (2k to go, in campaign atm). I'm loving snake eye, makes good rolls happen so much more. I can't wait to get them maxed (well 4 to one, 5 to other) for timers. But gotta do the QD acc and recast first.

Well it shouldn't take too long if I can get lots of those 20k+/hour parties. As cor I'm really noticing it how big a difference it is if you have brd+cor (I don't like to pull) buffing great DDs or buffing gimp DDs. So much for the myth of brd+cor automatically making party awesome.

Also got crimson pants and blood finger gauntlets. And martial gun and peacemaker. I think I'll skip on coffinmaker for now, it's almost the same as shark gun, and I so rarely shoot for tp with how many brds prefer marches over minuets. Gear starting to look pretty good, just need QD mirke and denali pants and a couple buyable things. I should start soloing Limbus for AF upgrade materials too...

Cg! Skadi is frustrating the heck out of me atm. Been doing salvage for 13+ months now and I've only gotten ONE 35 skadi piece in all this time (feet). I've never even SEEN hands or legs drop. I've never even SEEN a Peryton NM pop on the body rampart.

I'm up for both hands and body, 2nd in line for legs atm. Idk if it's just our group, but skadi drop rates seem WAY WAY worse than any other type. Hell i've seen 5 pieces of 35 Marduk junk drop in the last 2 weeks alone ><.

Freya's Jerkin FINALLY! I've gone months since my last 35 in Salvage. So 3/3 on skadi body.... just need to be able to afford it now :P. Got a 3m drop off Tinnin lately, probly gonna sell off some things I dont need lol.

Yeah I had literally NEVER SEEN a peryton pop ever til today. Weird part was the first NM popped far later than any I can remember. Usually if a rampart is active, they pop in the first 10-15% or so. I think we'd killed 25-30 or so tragopans and it was looking like a dud.

Funny part is we messed up some things early in the run and were running out of time. I'd say the first NM popped with 5 minutes left on the run. It didn't drop, neither did the second. The 3rd one popped with 3 minutes left and dropped lol. Talk about cutting it close huh? Didn't see any more after that as time ran out.

Edit: I have to add that in the almost 14 months I've been doing salvage, that's the first rampart that has ever dropped for me lol. Seen plenty of other ppl get stuff but that's the first rampart drop I've gotten. Any of you considering salvage, remember this lol. The drop rates will drive you insane... but when they do drop for you.. it's pretty freaking awesome.

I did get 25 skadi body though so just waiting on the 35 to drop. Probably better for my Thief than Corsair though.

Nothing as spectacular as you guys, but decided to devote a majority of my time improving my cor. It's my 6th 75, but honestly the only one I wanna max out and push to the limits so I'm on a merit binge first, then the never-ending hunt for equip upgrades.

Oh, I did score some hermes' sandals to use until my turn in line for wlegs, so I can fool around with some of the suggested solos as a means of testing my cor's progess.

Nice. I was beginning to think it is as mythical as DNC Casaque. Our group hasn't had one of either drop since I started Dynamis in April. 5 RDM hats, 3 BLM hats and an asston of PUP hats, but no DNC or COR items. Damn that demon horde.

Got my 2nd Silkworm from Temenos last night. Yay for 1 every 4 months.

I'll be upgrading my AF Hat this coming weekend. Guess I just have the body left...


And you want to talk mythical in Dynamis - Try Commodore's Belt. By the time it eventually drops, the other 30 people in my shell will have all leveled Corsair to 75. They seriously need to let these accessories drop from cities as there hasn't been a point (other than currency) in doing a city run for years.

Finally finished skadi's jambeaux after not seeing the 35 in about 8 months.

Time to start my QD solo career!

Ya, I solo'd the Orc WotG NM Madthrasher Zradbodd as my first QD solo...

1 hr and 90 water cards later.....but it was cool!

Yay, Group 1 and 2 merits capped for COR!

First time pulling on COR...hit chain 300 before we were all 10/10 on merits and had to quit.

Maxed out Snake Eye so yay.

Today I celebrate as well! Soloed my COR Temenos item and duo'ed my COR Apollyon item, been lucky with those. 1/3 and 1/2. Which gets me Bottes+1. Now for hat. Also, Denali Jacket on a run I organised myself with 30s to spare when it drops. And 40 min later, a pickup 40 run I tag along netted me legs.

Too bad the Bloodbead ring that dropped on our 3rd run didn't go to me. But I can't complain about this week lol.

Temenos North on BLM/nin. Really easy to get the first floor item this way by killing the 2 WARs right where they pop with sleepnukes. If you have a duo partner and bring meds you can get to 2nd floor quickly, kill the portal opener there and make your way to the BRD Sahagin and hope that pops the 3rd floor chest for 2 chances at getting your item!

Note on soloing this. I say go as BLM/nin but SCH works too obviously, and I'm pretty sure RDM would as well, if you have a good nuking setup. I always have time to spare on BLM, that's why I think rdm would work too.

After holding a Nightmare Roc for 5 minutes while our tank relogged from d/cing, it drops a Commodore Belt! 5/6, just need the oh so sexy hat!

Congratulations on the very good timing of your drop! So many times the opposite would happen in FFXI... wait until you choose the MAB ASA legs and then your Denali drops on the very next Nyzul 40 you go to ;)

I was able to finally get Altdorf's+Wilhelm's Earring set. I suppose I shouldn't say "finally" since the update was less than two weeks ago, but the drop rate is so horrid it seemed like forever (1/19 on Wilhelm's and 1/6 on Altdorf's, all with TH2+2).

Rover's Gloves dropped for me today, only went 1/3 but its a tricky fight on thf.
