Thoughts on Caudata belt for spells/CDC?

If you can get a Wanion Belt from Provenance, it's the better belt for CDC and most spells (outside of ones that have Vit mods). Spells aren't affected by the Attack or WS accuracy effects of the belt, so it'd come down to just the +Str and +Vit on it. If you don't have a Wanion Belt, a belt like Cuchulain's would end up being better for CDC in most situations due to the Dex and Att on it.
