Jyeshta is very very stunnable. Head Butt last slightly longer on it than normal mob.

Now for Capricornus, I don't vouch you to solo it, though DNC can solo it.

Tammuz is easy, any job with stona from 2nd char should be able to kill it. But usually it's easy enough to get people on Tammuz.

There's usually tons of NINs doing the same trial path that you can team up with (I've soloed both Jysesytha (however the crap you spell it) and Capricornus on NIN for Kannagi, and NIN + anything/WHM makes Tammuz a joke), so you can usually just do that.

I agree with the above poster on Capricornus--he definitely has HQ and NQ spawns. On the NQs, you can just stun his spammage easily, on the HQs, you'll probably want help. With Head Butt + Sudden Lunge + /NIN shadows, you can kite him pretty much indefinitely since stuns seem to land for long durations on him, but to kill in a timely manner you'll want support or a duo partner.

I did all three solo on blu, at least twice. There are often people to team up with.

Jyeshtha is incredibly easy, as mentioned above.

I didn't have any trouble at all with capricornus just using regular gear.

Tammuz can be done with evasion gear. Even getting petrified, I managed to not get hit until it wore. Obviously, there's some luck to that.

Getting your tier 1 to change to tier 2 and hoping it doesn't change to tier 3 is the far worse part, compared to killing the NMs. Although, the repop time for tammuz is pretty annoying.

I solo'd these. Jyeshtha can kill you really easily, but I imagine Sudden Lunge makes him a joke now, as it stuns for a ridiculously long time. Honestly, Head Butt is obsolete with Sudden Lunge.

For Jyeshtha, keep the damage up, basically. He's plenty manageable so long as you don't get petrified, but Break is instant cast and he likes to cast it right after taking your shadows somehow. If you keep stunning and nuking he'll go down pretty quick, limiting the chance for something to go wrong.

Capricornus is super easy. Just stun when you see his two hour and start kiting. Have 100 TP and Chain Affinity ready when he goes to 20% and you can just stun -> finish him with one skillchain at the end, rather than kiting.

Other than the kiting, it's straight forward. Use stun, use flash, keep shadows up, keep hitting him with spells as MP allows and stabbing him.

Tammuz.. I'm not sure. With a healer, he's prolly easy, but he's immune to stun and hits ridiculously hard. Maybe he's easier to evasion tank at 95 than 90, but at 90 he was awful to me.
