Hey guys.
I am currently level 88 Blue Mage with a skill at 286(301 with AF).
According to Hunting Grounds I should be able to get this spell with this skill, but since I haven't got it after beein in promy last three days for a total of 10 hours without getting it, I come to you to see if anyone can confirm my skill is high enough to learn it?
And if not, do any of you fello BLU's have a good site to get my skill higher by myself?

To the best of my knowledge, you'd need 302 blue magic skill to learn a lv.85 spell. You have to be within 29 skill points of the level you're skill would cap for the level of the spell.
The cap at 85, the level of quad. contiuum, is 331.

So if you're still in Promy area, spam self targeting spells until you get that skill up and you shouldn't have a problem.
