BLU AF3+2 "occasionally" effect :: World of Warcraft

Ok, so, just finishing my 3rd BLU AF3+2 piece... it has me wondering about the wording.

Normally: Enhances something = more damage
Augments something = additional effect

So...
what does our AF3+2 actually do?

Damage increase only.

On magical spells, WSC*3.
On physical spells, unknown but roughly gives x1.5 damage.

Source is somewhere in the BLU thread on BG.

On physical spells it is modx3, if it procs on CA the mod is x4.
