In answer to several of the above questions:
Yes, the guide was designed to offer the best mob for the spell starting around when you could learn the spell. Which now is a style of play that is out of synch with the 30-90 in one big bite that {A} offers. So there are a lot more 'good' camps for spells if one is coming at them from a higher level.
If I have the time and energy I'll start to add in some of these backwards looking camps, but everything on the site is done by me alone, and time is not as free for me as it was when I built that monster, so I can't promise that I'll be able to add anything fast.
Part of me thinks the Hunting grounds time has passed, and I should just take it down. The wiki probably does it all much better now.
