I've changed the format abit. It didn't seem right to have a Forum index without links to most of the useful posts. If you see any posts that should/shouldn't be there, just post and I'll fix it.

Excellent guide, thank you for taking the time to gather all the links for that information. I was especially thankful for the blu traits table. I have been looking all over for one of those.

On a side note, I can't rate up because I am not high enough yet so will someone toss a rate up for me please.

I'm lvl 33blu/16drm in phoenix (Viyvii) & it takes AT LEAST 3hrs to get an invite lately....is /rdm a bad sub...or is the sh*tadel just bare latly? Plz responde (btw /nin is to expensive 4 me ><). /tell Viyvii

No, I don't tell anyone how to play, but, I personally didn't like /Rdm after level 10. I'm not sure your motive for being /Rdm, but, if it's for healing, just go /Whm. I'm sure you can use either one though, and do fine.

Im wondering why most other job forums have an equipment guide, but this doesnt, i may be missing it too though.

I don't need somebody to tell me what to wear, i'd just like to see how i'm doing compared to other blue mages.

I haven't played FFXI since December. I stopped paying close to attention to the forums before then. If someone PM'd me, I would add the link, but I wasn't around the forums looking for good threads. Anyway, I have a friend who is trying to get me to come back. I've thought about it. If I do reactivate, it won't be until July. Like I said, if you have some links you want me to add, you can PM them to me. I still check my PMs (playing LotRO, as you can probably tell).

I'm looking for some more suggestions to add to the OP and threads to remove. I'm taking some time to read through the links I have to see which are worth keeping and which are crap, but I'd like to have good threads to replace them with (for instance, the Magic Hammer build threads I've seen but never bookmarked).
