I'm sure someone in this forum has been keeping up to date on magian weapons. From what I had heard, the September update had the perpetuation staffs up to (name staff +1) and the stats were perp cost -6. Now looking at the December update, I have noticed from the ACC and ATT staves that +2 is available, and they have added additional stats rather than just the ACC and ATT that they used to. What are our +2 staves like? Do they require the 15 geodes to get?
The +2 staves are level 90, with -6 perpetuation and -10 BP delay of the same affinity.

Did anyone figure out if it was -10 BP timer PAST 45 limit? It is the deciding factor between "Not worth it" and "Must have".

No, the staffs do not take you past the 45 cap. I went ahead and upgraded mine anyway. Mainly because snow and breeze geodes are easy to come by and I figured that I will probably want to upgrade them for the next trial so I might as well do it now. For now, however, the +2 makes no difference at all if you already have -15 BP timer in your current gear.

Or carry enough gear to cancel perpetuation. I'm a bit uncertain what my actual -perp lies around these days though, so not sure if I got them free without magian staffs.
