All of the other grips come from regular "poped" NM's, so I would assume the same for these.

Been doing a lot of the buggard- I'll see about asking the shell for those other two, see if we can't generate something.

Considering its obscurity, I would doubt that it's from Minax Bugard, considering that people kill it all the time to obtain the key item for popping the next tier NM in the line. Manohra is also killed extremely often from what I've seen, yet there's been nothing ever mentioned of a grip dropping off him.

What about Vunkerl, Khalkotaur or Rakshas? On the wild dragon chase maps, both have unidentified drops- and people wouldn't want to mess with the tauri especially considered you can skip popping that NM by just doing boxes. Possibility, perhaps?

Yea, I love how SE put all the SMN items on unpopular NMs.

I guess we should be happy they at least put one on the iron giants along with other jobs drops.
(Also it is a shame the seal NMs also are of unpopular exp mobs, so you kind of have to kill them in small groups instead of alliances)

Actually Hadal is not as unpopular as you might think. Many people have pops for it from going after Brooder for the Serpentes Sabots which everyone wants.
Tonberry Lieje isn't that bad either. I've killed him twice with groups that I was helping to farm Celerity. Haven't seen drop yet, of course :(

Brooder pops Ruminator. Hadal is in Konschtat and you get the abyssite from Depths Digester, and he's not as popular as Brooder far as I know. So not too common.

Got a couple kills of Khalkotaur in today. No drop- he's vicious! Take about 4-5 SMNs with you and use the campaign area to fight in. ASA atma helps a lot when you need to kite away from him due to a bad Apoc Ray.
