lv60 SMNFollow

Well I been gone for about a year and I know alot
may have changed, got added or what not. I just
turned lv60 on my SMN about 2 days ago, and
could use a few pointers.

Gear setup:
Main: All elemental Staffs ( 2 HQ's Pluto, Aquilo)
Off-hand: Bugard Grip +1
Ranged: Morion Thatlum
Earrings: Anti-venom Earring and Smn Earring
Rings: Ether and electrum rings
Head: Austere Hat
Body: Austere Robe
Neck: Grandiose Chain
Back: Invigorating Cape
legs: Evoker's Pigaches
Wiast: Qiqrin Sash +1
Feet: Austere Sabots
Hands: Carby Gloves and Austere Cuffs

Also, I have SMN Torque already, and Evokers Ring as well. With a Fay Crozier sitting in MH...just getting a few thing I might need a little early.

What I need help with though is soloing: Bombs I have covered, FoV is actually new to me (good places at 60?) and what to do in Campaign at my level or besieged for max exp or even if I should bother with it at all.

Help on what equipment I should look for around this time would help as well. Wanted to look into getting Karura Hachigane,and YYR seems like a cool item to have. But was wondering what gear around my lvl I should be using?
