Excellent, thank you for the post on this. I was just wondering the same thing..we can't get 20 to it anywhere else that's for sure!

It would've boosted my Siphon from 315 to 330. I wanted Pet: Macc for sure, but I hadn't decided between +move and +Siphon until I saw it was just an extra 15, so I decided to go with +move since my other mage jobs have gotten nothing out of the expansion rewards. Moving a little faster feels a bit nice... now I know why people pay so much for gaiters. XD
