Using this chart I have formulated the average increase in values for each variable out of:
-Critical Hit Rate
-Attack+
-Enhances Avatar Attack
for the two types of monsters we fight the most, Highish level NMs and Wyrms.
Things to note: Crit Hit Rate has been averaged depending on its +%. PCLAW critical hit assumes the first hit is a critical hit, else it would actually do a lot less than listed. Double Attack+2% is the equivalent of about 1 on the chart, regardless of level of NM. The chart shows different bonuses on the x-axis and the relative damage increase on the y-axis. Attack+ helps Predator Claws more, Critical Hit Rate+% helps Spinning Dive more.
Predator Claws:

Spinning Dive:

In general, +1% Critical hit rate is worth 4 attack (for Spinning Dive) and 2.5~3 attack (for Predator Claws). This is because Spinning Dive has a higher modifier. It should also be noted that Critical Hit Rate+% bonus remains unchanged no matter what the VIT/DEF of the monster. To summarise:
-When using Spinning Dive, critical hit rate+1% = 4 attack.
-When using Predator Claws, critical hit rate+1% = 3 attack.
-This means Royal Redingote with Attack+15 augment is the best body piece for SMN damage, unless you have a Summoner's Doublet +1.
-Sacrifice Torque is still better than the Attack+5 augmented Beak Necklace.
-Summoner's Pigaches is still better than the Attack+5 augmented Errant Pigaches.
-The Attack+15 augment is better than the Crit Hit Rate+2% Double Attack+2% augment on Royal Redingote, by about 11 and 14 damage for Spinning Dive and Predator Claws respectively.
Enjoy~ :3
