I managed to get perp -3... I just wish I could actually ditch my HQ staves too. Sadly, I have my Scholar to think about before I can even dream of ditching them, and until they release a superstaff with +15% damage and accuracy for all elements, I think I'll be sticking with the ones I have.

a lsmate basically got a -1 of mine on the same fight:

any correlation to people doing the same fight getting very very similar augments? probably not.

best way to handle fay crozier is to get two of them, unless you get a -bp cape from mkd.
without a -bp cape, get two:
perp-3 atk+8 bp-1
perp-3 matk+4 bp-1
with a -bp cape get one:
perp-3 atk+8 matk+4
