Physically, these mobs are pathetically weak, having only around 2k~ HP and they have no TP moves it seems. However, their nukes really pack a punch, a Blizzard IV from one is capable of nearly one shotting my Garuda at full health.

I just got done fooling around with these mobs, both Predator Claws and Wind Blade do very well against them. 2-3 BPs should be enough to bring one down, and I got 240 limit points for each kill.

I imagine nuking classes like BLM and SCH might do better against these mobs, but they seem nice for SMNs to fight as well, solo or duo.

I might try duoing them once my friend comes online. I may also try them on my BLM. My BLM was taking off about over 50% of their HP with a single tier IV.

In a duo, I imagine they should be extremely easy. I just wonder what they're weak/resistant to.

I'll let you know how it goes if this happens soon. The only problem I foresee is something like a -ga III killing both avatars. I'm probably going to see how Ramuh fares to avoid that. Ice Spikes may also be a problem if I'm not using an avatar resistant to it.

In fact, I may go try one on my BLM while waiting for her.

I did twice: once on ninja and once on pld.

They are weak, have very weak attack for VT mobs, and are bodyguarded by that freaking flying NM. Both times it came down to say hi before i was halfway through the teach.

They have about 3,300 HP, just counted it. Can kill them in about 3 BP's + melee hits. You could probably do it in 2 if you can get some good hits in, but we've only gotten one good shot in so far.

I'm liking Ramuh best so far. It really cuts down on getting hit by spells.

Getting about 200-280 per kill. Kills are coming at a decent pace.

easy kills, had to resummon garuda once, she did the same dmg as on imps.

xp is a bit low compared to imps, and the flying dragon is just extremely annoying. He ate me like a little meatball. :-(
Silly Red Mage, Songs are for Bards.
