I'm trying to get time over to test Macc now that there are so much out there, but I still feel like my samples are bit low (but also not as amazing as I'd want).
For example:
Tiamat:
600ish base 75 BPs seem to do 300ish damage on tiamat with 16 macc. This is really no difference from when my 500 base nukes did 250ish damage with 9 macc, so it doesn't seem like it has made any difference here.
Dynamis Beaucedine:
Varied a bit between 750 and 1000 damage (base on my level 5 BP), so I guess 75%-100% damage. Sadly I never tested these things out much before so not sure if this has improved, or if it also is more or less as before.
I only tried 1 roar but it actually landed. Remember these getting resisted often so this might have benefited from the high (17) macc I had.
Wondering if anyone else picking the Macc body has seen any difference, or if perhaps it would be worth another augment. Perhaps Macc does more for the debuffs on BPs than on actual elemental damage resistance.

I've been pretty good on M.Acc...2 merits into it and Redingote.
But to replace the Augment on Redingote, no way. The augment isn't chosen for the accuracy anyways, it's the M.attack :)

I did some testing on my Redikote at the last couple of Kirin fights and I did notice a difference in the Wind Blade BP's. On average with my YY body I was running around 780 a BP. Sometimes you get a resist and it dropes to 100, 400 (Sort of random) I then equipped the Kote for just the BP's and got 850+ on average with much less resists. Now I do have 2 merits on magic attack and accuracy. I also have 3 in Wind Blade (Just for Kirin fights) The big damage Wind Blade was 1k and 900 at times. That still seemed much better than the YY robe.

I don't have the time to test..and I'm on Xbox so..I don't think I got anything I can run, maybe I'm wrong.
But what I do know is that when we did some sky and Geocrush was owning things left and right with a 1,200-1,300..even got off a MB for 1,600. We were taking on things like SC,MG,BB,Faust,Despot. I had some trouble with Olla, but majority? I had very very few resists. I have none in m.acc merits, and 5/5 in magic attack merits. Since the update, that wiki says SMN skill adds in Acc/M.acc I pile on the SMN skill when using a blood pact where gear that's already there isn't helpful.
I would love to hear how others are doing and if it's working out as well as it is for me, with this body piece and maybe find some pacts have been proven to be a bit more reliable. I might be able to sneak SMN into a main city run, otherwise I'm used as BRD to help sleep a stray or three who need to have sleep II on them and mage's can't get to them just yet.

Macc is only for the resist rate not the damage. you want Matck to boost your damage.

Merit pacts still do well on Tiamat because they are more consistant on her than blm nukes. Blm resist rate on him is usually about 30-40%, where as merit pacts are usually a 5% resist rate for me. They do around 500-600 depending on TP, which is the same amount as burstII from a blm usually lands for if unresisted. For this reason I love playing smn on Tiamat. Its one of the few times i'm actually asked to come as smn rather than shoving smn down my ls's throats.
