So, apparently I get money this year.

If it says "ATA Device" on the device manager does that mean anything? A quick google search leads me to believe that it probably means it isn't.

Also, realistically, if I were to cannibalize the video card, would that put me somewhere close to budget, and would I be able to run ARR, even at lower settings, until I can get around to upgrading sometime in Q3 or so?
