The video card has enough horsepower to be useful temporarily and should be PCI express so it will fit. Not something you would want to use long term. THe power supply especially in a dell isn't going to have the cables you need and isn't powerful enough. The hard drive would probably work and is possibly a SATA drive, but given that processor it has to be at least 5 years old so I'd reccommend buying a new one regardless. The optical drive is probably salvagable, but if it isn't SATA, there's no point.
