Should make a nice decent midrange gaming rig. Good call on the case. It comes with all the fans already so you don't need the light up one unless you really want it. The power supply is a bit on the low wattage side if you are ever considering a multiple graphics card crossfire setup, but for a single card it should be fine.

I have four sticks of that RAM myself (though mine is the 4 gig version(What? I know it's overkill, but RAM is probably going to be the last thing I need to upgrade in the current box)). It's good stuff, and remarkably reasonably priced. Speaking of parts, I need to find someone with more money than sense to buy me a 240 gig solid state drive.
