I'm having trouble logging my character into the server. I zoned into The Boyhada Tree and I've been getting kicked out with a trouble shooting error and the program shuts down. I've let the game sit for a few minutes, re-log in and I'm still getting kicked. I'm not sure if SE is having an update for the area running, or whatever the cause may be. If not, is there a solution to this problem?

Do a file check, and try logging in on a different machine if available. It's possible that you've got corrupt data for the zone.
