FFXIV issuesFollow

Alright so i installed it and updated it, ran fine played for 2 hours or so... shutdown, got up the next day, the boot gets to checking version and drops an error, the error has nothing but boxes in it other than "XIV" in the middle of them.

Next step i tried to reinstall, went through control panel > add/remove programs > ffxiv > remove.... started up the utility but just zipped through the uninstall like it was nothing, problem was its still there

Next step attmepted to remove everything FFXIV off the comp manually (not the best idea i know) but its about all i can think of...

now im still trying to uninstall with the same results as before, using both control panel and the disk for retail..

please help me out ; ;

ANy errors in event manager? What are your system specifications, video card, etc. Have you tried updating the video drivers? Hows the heat situation, have you blown out the fans, do you have adequate fans to begin with? Is there a chance you cooked something important?
