I got a 1 year old laptop HP:

C2D 2.0Ghz
ATI Radeon 4650 1GB
4GB DDR2 RAM
I ran the benchmark but only scored ~1300. I passed the system req lab for minimum. Didn't see any lag except maybe the fps is low. Is it the graphics? How will it run?

probably, but it will probly be lower frame rates and a bit laggy. I ran the beta fine at 720p settings on a PC with a 4Ghz C2D (3GHz E8400 overclocked) with a 4850 and 4GB of RAM. You CPU is about half that speed, and the graphics are a little under half as well (RV730 Core vs RV770, 320 stream processors vs 800, lower clock speeds, etc.)
