how to run Final Fantasy online on laptopFollow

i have been having trouble getting Final Fantasy 14 online to work on my laptop. for some reason the game will not start up.
my system more then meets the requirements and here is my system info please comment and let me know how to fix it.

You might be below the minimum hardware threshhold with that particular video card. You might get lucky and make it work with the latest drivers from AMD / ATI. IF that doesn't do the trick you may be out of luck...

that video card uses the RV770 chip (same one used on the PC version of the 4850)--it's baically a stripped down 4800 series card (fewer streams, lower clocks to reduce power needs and heat). This is more likely your problem:

Both nvidia and ATI camps have had issues running FF14 at a 1200 vertical resolution. Driver/Firmware bugs. I don't know if they've gotten a fix in the drivers/BIOS yet for it. For now, the solution after trying updates has been to lower the resolution for most.

Either way, don't expect stellar performance at the 1080p level. Might need to drop it to 720p levels with that GPU and only 4GB of RAM.
