FFXI disconnect issues (returning player)Follow

i came back to the game 2 days ago on the pc version of the game and i used to be a playstation2 player. for some reason every time i log in to POL after a few minutes 5-8min i disconnect getting the Pol-1300 error "page view certification failed,please try again later or verify your POL password. now if i log into FFXI befor i get kicked i will be disconnected almost immediatly as i get into the game. this goes on for about 1hour and some how after that it just stops and im able to stay connect as much as i want.
