I dont know what to do!Follow

So we downloaded Final fantasy xi last night got all the way through, got the updates and now it wont let us play. It says that theres something wrong, it says its terminated bc of an internal error and it tells us to check that we have the necessary requirements(which I'm pretty sure we do...) I'm performing an update on windows xp atm to try and get it working... any suggestion?

Just a note on this: We have wow uploaded and it works just fine...
