Mouse too fast in WoWFollow

I just bought a new M500 mouse for my home PC. I like how it fits my hand and want to keep using it, but its way too fast when I login to WoW. If I tab out of wow it goes back to normal speel, I tab back into game and its rockets across my screen. So I turn down mouse speed and its good for wow, but if I tab out it is s.l.o.w....

WTH is happening? I played with control panel settings. I played with the mouse software setings. I have literally clicked and unclicked, slide and unslid, every single fricken thing I can find. I just want my mouse speed in game and out to be the same! I never had this problem with my old mouse, which I would use except the left click button broke.

Am I going to have to buy another new mouse? What am I missing?

Have you got the latest drivers? Have you tried adjusting the setting for pointer speed in WoW itself?

It's there in the options, I dont remember off the top of my head the drill down to it but its included with other things like interface, sound voice etc.

I actually just had to adjust a new mouse I got there and it fixed it right up. Speed is good both in and out of game now.

Go check to see if Uberoptions supports your mouse and install that. It's basically just a heavily customizable version of the Setpoint software.

If you don't want to do that, make sure the gaming speed option is checked in the Setpoint options, pretty sure it's under the game settings tab. If you have the latest version of Setpoint, try downgrading. If you don't have the latest version, try upgrading. Setpoint isn't exactly known for being completely stable and some versions just work better with specific mice.
