PlayOnline Viewer Problem.Follow

My Computer will not run the Play online viewer properly, It keeps going good until the "Retrieving messages" Then it just stays like that. D=

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I did the test again last night but I went to bed right after starting it.
My connection use to be great, I have no other problems like this.

I say its Vista, Problems have showed up when I use Vista.
I cant use my other PC because its too old and cant run FFXI,
And I can not Downgrade to XP because it will Void the Warranty on my New $1600 PC,

And I will be pissed if $1600 goes down the drain. D=

No problems Were found with POL.

[ EDIT = I think its my ISP Because On my other PC it Ends at 16 Doesn't upload 17 ether.
I'm going call my ISP and see if they can help]

Also make sure your firewall isn't blocking the connection.
