Microsoft download center question (was forum=28)Follow

Anyone else having trouble using the Microsoft download center? I've tried to download two different programs (WMP11 and .NET framework) for weeks and it keeps giving me errors as if the download files or pages don't exist. I've tried it on two different computers with two different browsers (IE and Chrome) but still can't get either to download. Any ideas?
