MacBook is too dark at game nighttime :: World of Warcraft

Can anyone suggest a fix for this? It is a 2 year old MacBook. I have the computer brightness all the way up and the video brightness in the game at max and still, when it is night time in Ironforge (or wherever) I cant see squat in a dark room, hallway or house.

if your mac isnt plugged in while gaming your brightness could be limited.

Why are you sat in the darkness to begin with? You should try hooking it too the mains.
