FFXI Vista CrashesFollow

I recently bought a new computer with Windows Vista Home Premium. I downloaded the Vista-compatible Playonline Viewer and installed FFXI. I was able to run FFXI; however it would crash in parts of specific zones (for example near the AH in Whitegate, and near the zone to North Gustaberg[S] in Bastok Markets[S]).

I would just get the message: Playonline Viewer has stopped working and it would exit. Has anyone else had this problem?
