I've clicked on links before that take you to a webpage and you're already scrolled down a bit, but I can't remember what those looked like in the address bar. What's the address code for going to a page a little ways down it?

You must be referring to a page anchor.

The only problem is that whatever page you are on needs to have anchors set for you to be able to use them. You can't just add #middle to go to the middle of any page.
