Something keeps setting all folders (maybe files too?) on my laptop's C: in read-only mode. It's very annoying as this prevents me from taking in-game (EQ) screenshots (pics don't get saved). I have reset the folders times to read-and-write several times, but next time I take a look it's read-only again.
Any ideas what to do?

Check to see if the top most folders, and the drive itself, are NOT set to read-only. If there is an upper layer set to read-only, the rest of the folders within may be forced to reset as you change them.
Please let me know if this helps. There are a few other things to try as well.
